2.0 Factory support to the Distributor

i)        The Factory agrees （sliding shower door  hardware ）to provide the Distributor with full sales, technical and service support on the Factory’s full range of products.

ii)      The Factory shall provide timely delivery of products to the Distributor upon receiving the

iii)    Distributor’s purchase order and payment.

iv)    The Factory agrees to provide the Distributor with relevant product literature, specifications, technical and operating manuals.

v)      The Factory shall, at its own discretion, provide manpower to support the Distributor’s participation in trade shows and other promotional events such as trade customer visits in Europe.

2.1 Distributor Support to th e Factory

i)        The Distributor agrees to support the Factory in securing the necessary safety and technical certifications to legally sell and use the product(s) per the regulations of Europe.

3.0 Support To The End Customers

i)        The Distributor agrees （sliding shower door  hardware ）to provide all required sales and technical support to their end user and customers in good time when support is required.

ii)      The Distributor agrees to provide information and feedback on market pricing and competition to the Factory as and when necessary.
